Safety

  • LTIFR (lost-time injury frequency rate) was 0.00 per one million hours worked for employees, contractors, and outsourced personnel.
  • East Water Building received the Diamond Award in the High-Rise or Extra-Large Building Category under the Outstanding Building Safety Awards 2025 (BSA Building Safety Awards 2025) from the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning and the Building Inspectors Association.
  • East Water Building received a certificate of recognition as an outstanding model establishment in safety, occupational health, and working environment at the provincial level for 2025 from the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.

Stakeholders

  • Employee training averaged 25.10 hours per person per year, covering online, onsite and e-learning formats.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction averaged 84.68%.
  • Employee engagement averaged 82.00%.
  • The Company received the CSR Award 2025 for Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility Promotion (Provincial Level, Chachoengsao) from the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security.
  • Total donations to educational institutions and registered non-profit organisations amounted to 1,435,000 Baht to support community quality of life and environmental development.
  • The Company provided scholarships to 403 students (189 male and 214 female) at primary, secondary and vocational education levels.
  • Community engagement covered 20 districts, 39 municipalities and 52 Subdistrict Administrative Organizations, with a community satisfaction score that averaged 92.94%.
  • Clean water was delivered to communities for consumption (drinking water trucks, cup water and bottled water) totaling 331,013 liters; water for consumption and agriculture was supplied through public standpipes totaling 2,071 m³; and raw water was supplied through 21 distribution points to village water supply systems totaling 2,962,733 m³.
  • A total of 28 schools implemented canteen wastewater treatment systems, treating 3,230 m³ of wastewater, of which 1,500 m³ (46.44%) was reused.
  • Community water supply systems were improved in 9 locations, enabling access to clean water for 1,337 households.
  • There were no complaints from communities affected by the Company’s operations that resulted in suspension of operations.

Human Rights

  • The Company received the Human Rights Award 2025 (Large Enterprise Category, Outstanding Level) from the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection for the third consecutive year.
  • There were no incidents of human rights violations involving stakeholders, and there were no complaints related to human rights and employment, including no disputes concerning non-compliance with labour laws and standards.
  • The Company employed 2 persons with disabilities.

  • LTIFR is targeted to be lower than the three-year average (2023–2025) per one million hours worked.

  • 100% of human rights complaints are to be resolved.
  • At least 2 persons with disabilities are to be employed in the establishment.
