The Group of Companies has expertise in waterworks management, both in producing tap water from surface water and producing tap water from seawater in areas with a shortage of surface water, using Sea Water Reversed Osmosis (SWRO) technology, which is the first in Thailand to receive a concession for tap water operations from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to enhance and develop the quality of life and well-being of the people and promote the tourism industry, which is beneficial to economic and social development. With experience and expertise in managing the “water” system in a comprehensive manner, the Group of Companies has been trusted by various government agencies to jointly invest in waterworks management in many areas. The service formats include BOO (Build-Own-Operate), BTO (Build-Transfer-Operate), BOOT (Build-Own-Operate-Transfer) with a contract period of 15-30 years with the contract partner. Such joint investment will help reduce the burden of the government’s investment budget by changing the role of the government from an operator to a regulator, allowing the government to increase efficiency in management, both in terms of expanding the water distribution area and creating satisfaction for water users. The Group of Companies will be responsible for all investment and project management. The contracting party will pay the fee based on the water produced (Bulk Sales).
