The Eastern Water Resources Development and Management Public Company Limited announced the implementation of the Good Corporate Governance Principles for the first time on August 1, 2003. The Company and its subsidiaries aim to have personnel at all levels operate with “transparency, honesty, responsibility and competitiveness”. The Board of Directors has assigned the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Development Committee to review the Good Corporate Governance Policy and Practices at least once a year to ensure that the Company continuously develops and is in line with current events.
