
EAST WATER has continuously implemented social and environmental initiatives, with a strong focus on improving the quality of life of communities in its areas of operation, as well as supporting education and youth development at the local level.
In 2025, EAST WATER supported early childhood development centers in Wang Chan District, Rayong Province, with the objective of enhancing learning environments and promoting fundamental skill development for young children. The support covered a total of nine early childhood development centers under the responsibility of five local administrative organizations in Wang Chan District, Rayong Province, as follows:

- Ban Khlong Ang Early Childhood Development Center, Phlong Ta Iam Subdistrict Administrative Organization
- Ban Phlong Ta Iam Early Childhood Development Center, Phlong Ta Iam Subdistrict Administrative Organization
- Ban Pa Yup Nai Early Childhood Development Center, Pa Yup Nai Subdistrict Administrative Organization

Wang Chan District, Rayong Province, is regarded as a strategic area for water resources in the Eastern Region, as it serves as an important upstream source of raw water for the Prasae Reservoir, which is a key water source for domestic consumption, daily use, and industrial supply. Over the years,
EAST WATER has played an active role in the continuous development of communities in Wang Chan District. In particular, in 2025, the company co-hosted the Kathin Samakkhi (Royal Robe Offering) Ceremony at Wat Bueng Ta Kad, Pa Yup Nai Subdistrict, Wang Chan District, Rayong Province, and has consistently carried out CSR activities to support community development in the area. These efforts clearly reflect EAST WATER’s strong commitment, genuine care, and active engagement with society and local communities.
