1. 2. East Water surveyed the area to improve the community water supply production and distribution system in Kaeng Hang Maeo District, Chanthaburi Province.East Water, along with Mr. Wichai Liampiam, community water supply expert, visited Kaeng Hang Maeo District, Chanthaburi Province under the project of improvement of community water supply production and distribution system for water users in Wang Tanot River and create sustainability of water utility.
3. East Water jointly made merit and food-offering at Phayun Temple, Rayong Province East Water jointly made merit with Mayor of Ban Chang Town Municipality to offer food to monks and novices at Phayun Temple, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province.

East Water arranged the meeting with community network of Bowin Sub-district Administrative Organization, Chon Buri Province East Water arranged the meeting with community network, women and elderly group of Bowin Sub-district Administrative Organization to teach them how to make Northeastern-styled sausages to create close relationship with the communities, generate incomes and reduce expenses in the local community, as well as providing accurate knowledge and understanding of the roles and missions of East Water.
5. East Water arranged Friendly Football Match (East Water Group vs. Bowin Sub-district Administrative Organization) East Water arranged Friendly Football Match between EW-UU team and Bowin Sub-district Administrative Organization team to strengthen the relationship, exchange ideas and seek solutions to problems in Si Racha District area.
6. East Water delivered young plants to support 4 communal forests at Thung Phraya Sub-district Administrative Organization  East Water, in collaboration with Communal Forest Network in 5 provinces in the eastern region, delivered young plants to support 4 communal forests at Thung Phraya Sub-district Administrative Organization, Sanam Chai Khet District, Chacheongsao Province to creare close relationship between the network associates and community leaders in Chacheongsao Province.
