2. Rayong Knowledge Park (RK Park) Rayong Knowledge Park was founded according to East Water's idea and determination to create a place for learning which has suitable environment for creativity, comfortable accessibility to services. It is for imposing love-reading routine, and researching for themselves. Being more than a library, it is called "living library. Inspired by TK Park located in Bangkok, an objective of the project is to provide more opportunity for youths and community in Rayong, in form of a living library, to get access to knowledgeable site and learn as learning is a fundamental thing to make Thai society a better place. This project was well cooperated with Rayong's Provincial Administrative Organization(PAO) which kindly provided land to build a living library, designated staffs to administrate it for achieving its purpose, and supported design and decoration financially. TK Park provided assistance in suggesting design and decoration of the building according to the concept of living library, helping set up the system to run the community's learning center, and supporting love-reading activities, learning, and media that is beneficial for running youths and community's learning center.

To develop from 3R Innovation Competition, later in 2013 the company selected the Aeration Machine, awarded in 2010, innovated by Ubon Ratchathani Technical College as the 3R innovation model. The 4 machines have been installed at the cesspool at Chachoendsao Community Center 2-3/1 Tambon Lad Kwang, Amphoe Ban Pho, Chachoengsao (Population 660 houses. The cesspool sizes 150 x 20 x 2 meter helps treat the polluted water before being released to Bang Pakong River). The installation was completed in October 2013 and tested by Environmental Warrior/Water Detectives Group of Phuttirangsipibul School (Tambon Lad Kwang, Amphoe Ban Pho, Chachoengsao). The result was satisfactory. The companythus discussed with Environmental Community of Chachoengsao and Center for Water Quality Control and Testing of Rayong about plans to introduce to the operational areas the knowledge of Aeration Machine Innovation. The main target was the provincial technical colleges.

The Aeration Machine training, led by Ubon Ratchathani Technical College, was held for 2 days during June 25 – 26, 2014 at Chachoengsao Technical College. 8 participants were both teachers and students. After the training Chachoengsao Technical College developed 4 Aeration Machines and installed 2 machines at Klong Nakhon Nueng Khet, Nakhon Nueng Khet Old Market, Amphoe Mueang, Chachoengsao, and another 2 at the cesspoll of Community Housing Project 2. The installation has been completed in June 2015. As the training result was successful the company aimed to develop to Rayong areas and held the Aeration Machine training for 2 days during September 10 – 11, 2015 at Ban Khai Technical College. 12 participants were both teachers and students.
