East Water collaborates with Asia Infrastructure Management (AIM) in extensive development of water infrastructure system and solar technology service provision, focusing on joint business development to strengthen water management in the eastern region.
Mr. Cherdchai Pitiwacharakul, President of East Water, reveals that, “This collaborative study between East Water and AIM will lead to development of extensive water infrastructure system, including study of industrial water service provision to Amata Nong La Lok Industrial Estate, Rayong Province and other projects in the eastern region, study of industrial water production system that is fast and cost-saving, as well as collaboration in providing solar technology service provision to save energy costs, provide alternative, clean and environmentally-friendly energy which will strengthen and stabilize water sources to meet the needs of water users in the long run.”
Mr. Chalermchai Mahagitsiri, Director of Infrastructure Management (Thailand) Company Limited, additionally states that, “The mutual goal of this collaboration between AIM and East Water is to create stability of extensive water resources management and development for the industrial estates in the country, especially in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). AIM will jointly prepare the most effective integrated water management plan by introducing innovations to reduce production cost and enhance efficiency and quality of water production. With solar energy development that supports water management, the amount of water loss will be reduced and wastewater will be recycled with the high-standard and environmentally-friendly recycling system to enhance the capacity of East Water in providing modern services that help the country to save water resources in the long run and become part of the sustainable eastern region development.”
