With its experiences and expertise on integrated “water” management system, government agencies trust in East Water Group and allow EWG to make investment  water supply management in many areas by entering into concession agreement such as BOO (Build-Own-Operate), BTO (Build-Transfer-Operate), BOOT (Build-Own-Operate-Transfer) and Lease agreements with duration 15-30 years with the contracted parties.

The investment will help lessen duty of government sector in seeking budget for the investment. The role for the government sector is changing from Operator to Regulator, so it can increase efficiency of management in both expanding water supply area and bring satisfaction to water user. The East Water Group is responsible for all investment and project administration and the contracted parties shall pay wages according to the amount of water produced.
