Corporate strategy works

       1. Supervise the organization strategy to be able to drive the organization forward and expand business domestically and internationally.

       2. Formulate policies and operational plans for corporate strategy in compliance with corporate visions and missions for the organization to achieve the goals.

       3. Supervise the management of the corporate strategy team to meet the policy and plan effectively and in accordance with the given budget.

       4. Enhance the performance according to organizational corporate strategy to achieve the main objectives and drive the organization forward.

Organizational communication

  1. Formulate policies and operational plans for the organizational communication in compliance with corporate policies and goals
  2. Supervise the management of the organizational communication team to meet the policy and plan effectively and in accordance with the given budget.
  3. Encourage the organization to have good image and good relations with the government sector, people and agencies in the community.

Criteria for the recruitment of top executives

(1) Employment natures

Full-time employees. The probation is scheduled for not more than 119 days.

(2) General qualifications

1. Thai nationality

2. Be at least 35 years old and not over 55 years old until the date of application

2. Have knowledge, competence, and experience in the management of the applied line. Be able to manage, control, supervise and execute following the business plan for the maximum benefits of the organization.

3. Have knowledge and experience in managing the large organizations as follows:

           3.1 Be or have been the executive of the company or affiliates in the position of not lower than the director or equivalent, or

           3.2 Be or have been the government official or other official of the state holding the executive positions not lower than the senior director or equivalently named other

          3.3 Be or have been the state enterprise employee holding the executive position not lower than the assistant, the governor, or

Design engineering

  1. Formulate policies and operational plans for the design engineering team in compliance with corporate policies and goals.
  2. Supervise the management of the design engineering team to meet the policy and plan effectively and in accordance with the given budget.
  3. Promote the education and innovation implementation to increase operational efficiency.
  4. Prepare the annual budget of the design engineering department and control the cost following the goals, objectives and plans as defined.
